Po przeniesieniu piwnicy i działalności Domaine du Castel w 2015 roku, rodzina postanowiła rozpocząć eksperymentalny projekt i wykorzystać starą piwnicę. W ten sposób narodziła się marka Razi'el, która produkuje wina spokojne i musujące.To pyszne musujące różowe wino produkowane jest tradycyjną metodą z mieszanki winogron Pinot Noir i Chardonnay z różnych roczników. Po fermentacji, która odbywa się w 600-litrowych beczkach z francuskiego dębu, gotowe wino dojrzewa na osadzie przez około 6 miesięcy. Jest to wino o zerowym dozowaniu, które ujawnia całą ekspresję odmian winogron użytych w mieszance.Razi'el Sparkling Rosé to świeże i żywe wino z delikatnym i eleganckim perlage. W nosie wyczuwalne są aromaty świeżych czerwonych jagód. Na podniebieniu wyczuwalna jest żywa kwasowość i dobra koncentracja owoców. Jest to wino o średnim ciele z przyjemnym i trwałym finiszem.
