    The hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes come from the villages of Solutré and Pouilly. The vines grow at an altitude of about 250 m on Cretaceous sedimentary rock, of a clayey-limestone type. The Pouilly-Fuissé Les Chailloux has a beautiful golden-straw yellow color with green hues. On the nose, it expresses all the minerality of its stony terroir and shows aromas of white flowers, violets, sour pineapple, and nice fresh fruit. On the palate, it is very complex with a lively freshness followed by ripe fruit. It is rich and round with a long buttery aftertaste. Have it with shellfish, white meats, or goat cheeses
