Przechowywać w piwnicy do 15 lat. Nie ma potrzeby dekantacji przed podaniem.
Ta młoda winiarnia z Oregonu jest owocem współpracy znanego winiarza Jeana-Nicolasa Méo z burgundzkiej Domaine Méo-Camuzet i amerykańskiego producenta muzycznego Jaya Boberga.
W winiarni Jean-Nicolas przyjmuje lekki dotyk, pozwalając owocom fermentować z dzikimi drożdżami i starząc młode wino w 30% nowych dębowych beczkach przez 12 miesięcy przed butelkowaniem.
Delikatne nuty aromatyczne dżemu wiśniowego, słodkich przypraw i zarośli dominują w nosie, podczas gdy pierwszy łyk ujawnia średnie ciało, jedwabiście gładkie taniny i solidny rdzeń jasnych czerwonych owoców.

This youthful Oregon winery is a collaboration between renowned winemaker Jean-Nicolas Méo of Burgundy's Domaine Méo-Camuzet and American music producer Jay Boberg. Although only founded in 2013, the estate has quickly earned a reputation for top quality Pinot and is regarded as one of the Willamette Valley’s most exciting producers. Their classic Willamette Pinot is made in a Burgundian style with plenty of vibrant New World fruit character. Delicate aromatic notes of cherry jam, sweet spice, and undergrowth dominate on the nose, while the first sip reveals a medium body, silky smooth tannins, and a solid core of bright red fruit
