It is a great representation of the country’s aromatic Sauvignon Blanc style, harvested from a rocky part of the Seifried family’s vineyards, where low soil nutrients create concentrated fruits. At the forefront of each sip, you can find a medley of sweet and tart citrus fruits. Passion fruit, lime zest, kiwi, lemon and apple all combine for a fruit-forward first impression. However, there are some deeper layers to Seifried wines - hints of dried herbs, snow peas, and a baseline of minerality lurk in the background
