    Morey-Saint-Denis is dominated by the Pinot Noir grape, and none express the terroir more wonderfully than the grapes grown in the Premier Cru vineyard of “Les Sorbets”. The name comes from the French word for rowan trees “sorbiers”, which still dot the picturesque landscape today. The wine opens up with a fruity nose, exhibiting notes of wild raspberry, sour cherry and strawberry, complemented by earthy notes of leather, forest floor and oak. In the mouth, “Les Sorbets” shows an excellent structure and some tartness, with swirling flavours of redcurrant, raspberry, cranberry and liquorice. The finish is fruity and long-lasting
