    This is a bold Bordeaux blend from Saint-Émilion, loaded with scents of ripe plum, roses, red cherry, cassis, truffle and liquorice. In terms of composition, it is classic Right Bank: 84% Merlot and 14% Cabernet Franc, with a small splash of Cabernet Sauvignon. A subtle oaky structure outlines every mouthful of this esteemed red. Black and blue hedgerow berries mingle at the front of the palate, while firm hints of liquorice, cocoa, orange peel, chalk and mushroom fill out the background.
