Gotowe wino jest następnie starzone w mieszance francuskiego i amerykańskiego dębu, a następnie przez kolejne 8-10 miesięcy w butelce.Wino ma przejrzysty i intensywny kolor z rubinowymi odcieniami czerwieni. W nosie pachnie aromatami dojrzałych czerwonych owoców oraz nutami przypraw i kakao. Na podniebieniu jest bogate i miękkie z dojrzałymi i dobrze zintegrowanymi taninami. The wine is a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Croatina and Oseleta, coming from vineyards located over 200 meters above sea level, on limestone soils.
