UPS spisało się fatalnie. Najpierw podali przewidywany termin dostawy, a potem zmusili moją żonę do czekania przez cały dzień, by w końcu NIE dostarczyć przesyłki bez żadnego uprzedzenia (!). Dopiero następnego ranka poinformowali o zmianie przewidywanego terminu dostawy (!) i tym razem wszystko poszło zgodnie z planem. Cały dzień zmarnowany, nie było możliwości skontaktowania się z kurierem. Okropne doświadczenie! Aroganckie dranie.

Historia

Winiarnia DoReMi została założona w 2012 roku przez dwóch kochających wino przyjaciół w celu tworzenia najlepszych organicznych win przy użyciu starożytnych gruzińskich technik. Winogrona zbierane są z winnic położonych w różnych regionach Gruzji.

Wina fermentowane są na skórkach i przy użyciu dzikich drożdży. Nie stosuje się żadnych dodatków. Następnie dojrzewają w Qvevri, tradycyjnych terakotowych naczyniach używanych w Gruzji, zgodnie ze starożytną lokalną metodą sprzed 8000 lat.
