Jako osoba, która regularnie zamawia wino przez internet (22 zamówienia i dziesiątki butelek od 2022 roku), od dawna cenię serwis 8Wines za dostęp do ciekawych międzynarodowych marek i butikowych win, które nie zawsze są łatwo dostępne na lokalnym rynku. Jednak prawdziwy charakter platformy nie ujawnia się, gdy wszystko idzie gładko; jest on wystawiany na próbę, gdy droga butelka dociera w uszkodzonym stanie – i właśnie w tym zakresie 8Wines zawodzi w sposób uderzający. W ciągu ostatnich kilku lat wydałem w 8Wines znacznie ponad 3 500 euro. Zamiast przyznać się do uszkodzenia korka i wycieku podczas transportu, zespół obsługi klienta 8Wines zastosował taktykę manipulacji. Próbowali pouczać o „dżemowym profilu rodziny Wagnerów”. Twierdzili, że przeciekająca, poplamiona butelka z wyschniętym korkiem i przedwczesnym utlenieniem jest czymś normalnym. Ostateczny werdykt 8Wines ma atrakcyjny katalog i sprawną logistykę wysyłkową – o ile butelki dotrą na miejsce w nienaruszonym stanie. Jeśli jednak zdecydujesz się zaryzykować zakup drogich, ekskluzywnych butelek w tym serwisie, pamiętaj, że całe ryzyko finansowe spoczywa na Tobie.
