Urodziny do zapamiętania z DAOU & Colomé Świętowanie urodzin mojej mamy było jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowe dzięki dwóm niesamowitym winom - DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 i Colomé Auténtico Malbec 2020. Gwiazdą wieczoru było bez wątpienia DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon. Od pierwszego łyku otoczyło nas swoim bogatym, aksamitnym uściskiem. Głębokie smaki ciemnych owoców, nuty kakao i doskonale zbalansowany dąb sprawiały, że każdy kieliszek był prawdziwą rozkoszą. To było odważne, a jednocześnie eleganckie wino, które bez wysiłku przyniosło ciepło i radość naszemu spotkaniu. Widok mojej mamy delektującej się każdym łykiem z uśmiechem sprawił, że wino to było jeszcze bardziej niezapomniane. Colomé Auténtico Malbec również pięknie się prezentował, z czystą ekspresją Malbec z dużych wysokości. Było potężne, z dojrzałymi jeżynami, przyprawami i gładkim, długim finiszem - doskonałe uzupełnienie wieczoru. Wina te nie tylko wzbogaciły nasz posiłek; stały się częścią uroczystości, podnosząc każdy toast i rozmowę. Serdeczne podziękowania dla DAOU i Colomé za uczynienie tej wyjątkowej okazji naprawdę niezapomnianą!

Rozpoczyna się czystymi aromatami zielonego jabłka, dojrzałej gruszki, białych kwiatów i startej skórki cytryny.     El Lebrero is a crisp white wine, created in the Burgos region of Spain from the native Albillo Mayor grape. It begins with clean aromas of green apple, ripe pear, white flowers and grated lemon zest. On each sip, you can find rich pure flavours of orchard fruits, citrus, buttered toast, and a saline edge. It is an excellent white wine, made from a rarely seen grape varietal. Before release, El Lebrero spent 8 months ageing on the lees, in egg-shaped concrete casks
