    After three generations, the family have developed an extraordinary skill for creating fine sparkling wines, producing a brilliant range of Champagne, mostly from the Pinot Noir fruit. Although this grape is famously difficult, it thrives under the delicate touch of these experienced wine-makers, and in the mountainous terroir of Reims. The area surrounding Sacy village is one of Champagne’s few Premier Crus. It is a deep blonde color, with hints of gold. On the nose, you will discover plenty of floral notes, wild strawberries and subtle spices, giving way to aromas of fresh brioche.
