    Ten „blanc de blancs” jest rzadkością w wiosce Ambonnay, części Szampanii, która jest najbardziej znana z Pinot Noir. W sumie rodzina sprzedaje 80% swoich winogron lokalnej spółdzielni, więc każdy rocznik Coutier jest nieco kolekcjonerski.
