Posiadłość rozciąga się na około 98 hektarach winnic, w trakcie przekształcania w rolnictwo ekologiczne i znajduje się w różnych apelacjach Beaune i Chalon.

    Winogrona Chardonnay pochodzą z pojedynczej winnicy monopolowej położonej na wysokości około 350 metrów, w gminie St Aubin, na kamienistej glebie wapiennej.
