Urodziny do zapamiętania z DAOU & Colomé Świętowanie urodzin mojej mamy było jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowe dzięki dwóm niesamowitym winom - DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 i Colomé Auténtico Malbec 2020. Gwiazdą wieczoru było bez wątpienia DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon. Od pierwszego łyku otoczyło nas swoim bogatym, aksamitnym uściskiem. Głębokie smaki ciemnych owoców, nuty kakao i doskonale zbalansowany dąb sprawiały, że każdy kieliszek był prawdziwą rozkoszą. To było odważne, a jednocześnie eleganckie wino, które bez wysiłku przyniosło ciepło i radość naszemu spotkaniu. Widok mojej mamy delektującej się każdym łykiem z uśmiechem sprawił, że wino to było jeszcze bardziej niezapomniane. Colomé Auténtico Malbec również pięknie się prezentował, z czystą ekspresją Malbec z dużych wysokości. Było potężne, z dojrzałymi jeżynami, przyprawami i gładkim, długim finiszem - doskonałe uzupełnienie wieczoru. Wina te nie tylko wzbogaciły nasz posiłek; stały się częścią uroczystości, podnosząc każdy toast i rozmowę. Serdeczne podziękowania dla DAOU i Colomé za uczynienie tej wyjątkowej okazji naprawdę niezapomnianą!

Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte is one of those Bordeaux institutions, with a history dating back to the mid-18th century. In the glass, Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte’s red is a stunningly deep colour, verging on black. It immediately strikes the palate with a perfect combination of concentrated fruits, full-body, refined tannins, and undeniably fresh acidity. It was aged for 18 months in oak barrels, 60% of which were produced in-house. Look for rich notes of blackberry, black cherry, nutmeg, smoke, liquorice, and spice. This is a wine worth savouring
