    Domaine Carneros, położony w dolinie Napa w Kalifornii, jest jednym z najlepszych amerykańskich producentów tradycyjnego wina musującego. Posiadłość została założona przez dom szampański Taittinger w następstwie dokładnych poszukiwań Claude'a Taittingera pod koniec lat 70. w Napa w celu znalezienia doskonałego terroir, które nadawałoby się do produkcji amerykańskiego odpowiednika słynnego francuskiego szampana.W 1987 roku Claude Taittinger zakupił idealną 138-hektarową działkę w Napa. Do nadzorowania operacji została wyznaczona Eileen Crane, która jest dziś uważana za najbardziej doświadczonego producenta win musujących w Ameryce.
