    Proces zakupu i wybór produktów są dobre, ale usługa dostawy z UPS jest żałosna. Niestety nie kupię więcej z powodu dostawy przez UPS, który nigdy nie przestrzega daty / godziny i podaje fałszywą wymówkę nieobecności, gdy byłem tam i wziąłem dzień wolny, aby tam być.

    Członkowie rodziny Humbrecht od wieków zbierają winogrona ze stromych wzgórz Alzacji. W 1959 roku ich życie przybrało rewolucyjny obrót, wraz z małżeństwem Léonarda Humbrechta i Geneviève Zind. Domaine Zind-Humbrecht po raz pierwszy zaczęła butelkować i sprzedawać wina pod swoim nazwiskiem i od tego czasu stała się jedną z najbardziej szanowanych nazw w Alzacji.
    Obecnie winiarnia znajduje się pod kierownictwem Oliviera Humbrechta, który stopniowo wprowadza ją w erę rolnictwa ekologicznego. Jego rodzina zna terroir Alzacji lepiej niż ktokolwiek inny i winogrona, które najlepiej do niego pasują. Wino jest bladozłote, z nieśmiałym nosem mandarynki, skórki cytryny i limonki, powoli przechodzącym w pełny bukiet. Na podniebieniu wyczuwalny jest również smak cytryny. Dzięki silnej, ale precyzyjnej aktywności, wino to ma soczystość w ustach, która jest wspierana przez nuty krzemowej mineralności. Fantastycznie komponuje się z owocami morza, zwłaszcza sushi, lub miękkimi serami, takimi jak camembert.
