    Jest to żywe czerwone wino z regionu rzadko spotykanego na międzynarodowej scenie winiarskiej. Jest to mieszanka winogron Listan Negro i rodzimych winogron kanaryjskich, uprawianych na skałach wulkanicznych w dzikim atlantyckim terroir Wysp Kanaryjskich. W kieliszku ma wspaniały rubinowo-czerwony kolor i zaczyna się od zapachów czerwonych jagód, kwaśnej czerwonej wiśni i suszonych kwiatów, z nutami pieprzu i przypraw.

    Koncepcja Envínate powstała w 2005 roku, kiedy to czterech winiarzy spotkało się na uniwersytecie w Alicante. Ich projekt jest podzielony między Wyspy Kanaryjskie i Ribeira Sacra w północno-zachodniej Hiszpanii, obie lokalizacje są pod silnym wpływem Oceanu Atlantyckiego. Celem czteroosobowego zespołu jest tworzenie surowych, szczerych win, które odzwierciedlają te dzikie terytoria, a osiągają to, pracując wyłącznie ręcznie i pozostawiając winorośl bez szkolenia.

    Taganán Tinto jest soczysty na podniebieniu, pełen świeżej kwasowości, jedwabistych tanin i owocowych smaków. Na początku wyczuwalna jest kwaśna czerwona wiśnia i czerwona porzeczka, a następnie nuty suszonych płatków róży i białego pieprzu. Mieszanka została zebrana z winorośli w wieku od 50 do 150 lat i jest doskonałym partnerem do pieczonej jagnięciny, ostrych serów lub bogatych dań rybnych.
