UPS spisało się fatalnie. Najpierw podali przewidywany termin dostawy, a potem kazali mojej żonie czekać cały dzień, by w końcu NIE dostarczyć przesyłki bez żadnego uprzedzenia (!). Dopiero następnego ranka poinformowali o zmianie przewidywanego terminu dostawy (!) i tym razem wszystko poszło zgodnie z planem. Cały dzień zmarnowany, nie było możliwości skontaktowania się z kurierem. Okropne doświadczenie! Aroganckie dranie.

Zbiory są całkowicie ręczne, a tłoczenie odbywa się za pomocą stóp w drewnianych prasach (lokalnie zwanych Satsnaheli). Winogrona są następnie macerowane na skórkach przez 6 miesięcy. Po maceracji następuje spontaniczna fermentacja przy użyciu naturalnych drożdży w amforach. Ostateczne wino pozostaje nieklarowane i niefiltrowane. Produkcja jest ograniczona i wynosi około 2000 butelek.
Iago Chinuri ma piękny głęboki złoty kolor. W nosie uwalnia silne aromaty świeżych owoców i słodkich przypraw, ze śladami mentolu i węglowodorów. Na podniebieniu wino jest energiczne i żywe, z ważnym kwasowym kręgosłupem, któremu towarzyszy miękki składnik, który czyni go dobrze zbalansowanym i niezwykle przyjemnym. Doskonale komponuje się z przystawkami, pierwszymi daniami rybnymi, białymi mięsami i daniami wegetariańskimi.
