Po prawie trzech latach starzenia wino jest następnie ośmiokrotnie leżakowane, a ostateczna mieszanka jest butelkowana w następnym roku. Jest to pełna gracji, ale jednocześnie mocna ekspresja Rioja, z obfitymi nutami czerwonej śliwki i wiśni, pogłębiającymi się w bardziej pikantne i ziemiste smaki na podniebieniu.
