Położona w miejscowości Cunaco w regionie Santa Cruz, w dolinie Colchagua, Lapostolle to chilijska winnica założona w 1994 roku przez Alexandrę Marnier Lapostolle i jej męża, Cyrila de Bourneta, po odkryciu wielowiekowej winnicy w El Condor de Apalta. Obecnie winnicą kieruje Charles de Bournet, który kontynuuje filozofię winnicy, produkując chilijskie wina z francuskim akcentem.

Lapostolle Rosé to wino w stylu prowansalskim, powstałe z mieszanki szczepów Cinsault i Grenache, z dodatkiem Syrah i Mourvèdre. Po zbiorach i fermentacji w zbiornikach ze stali nierdzewnej w kontrolowanej temperaturze wino leżakuje w stali nierdzewnej przez 4 miesiące.

W rezultacie powstaje eleganckie i młodzieńcze wino, które w kieliszku prezentuje jasnoróżowy kolor. Jego profil aromatyczny jest świeży i wyrazisty, z nutami czerwonych jagód, granatu i arbuza, a następnie nutami ziołowymi.
