    A relatively new addition to the Mirabeau family is this charming sparkling rosé named La Folie. The wine is crafted from four traditional Provencal varieties, Cinsaut, Syrah, Grenache and Collombard, with the grapes carefully harvested at night to keep the natural freshness and typical aromatic character. The result is a gorgeous pale pink sparkling wine which exudes hints of grapefruit, lemon zest, white peach and crushed red berries on the nose. The first sip reveals mouthwatering freshness along with smooth tiny bubbles and notes of strawberries and raspberries.
