    Założona w 2008 roku winiarnia Miro Fondrk początkowo narodziła się jako mała butikowa winiarnia. Od 2015 roku siedziba została przeniesiona, piwnica zmodernizowana, a produkcja rozszerzona, stając się jednym z najciekawszych i najczęściej nagradzanych producentów na Słowacji. Firma, która posiada winnice na południu kraju, produkuje wybór doskonałej jakości win, koncentrując uwagę na starannym przetwarzaniu winogron.Winogrona Chardonnay są selekcjonowane i zbierane ręcznie w winnicy Pezinok położonej w regionie winiarskim Małe Karpaty na Słowacji. Po krótkiej maceracji w niskiej temperaturze, fermentacja odbywa się w 500-litrowych dębowych beczkach. Gotowe wino dojrzewa przez 12 miesięcy na osadzie drożdżowym.
    Chardonnay Private Reserve z winnicy Miro Fondrk to bardzo wyraziste i bogate wino. Nos ujawnia nuty egzotycznych owoców, suszonych kwiatów, wanilii i lekkich nut herbatników. Na podniebieniu jest pełne i okrągłe, z dobrze zbalansowaną kwasowością i długim, bardzo przyjemnym finiszem, który przywołuje smaki żółtych owoców. Jest to wino, które pięknie komponuje się z jedzeniem: jest idealne z pieczonym kurczakiem lub pieczoną rybą i doskonale komponuje się z homarem i krabem.
