    Domena Mordoree została założona w 1986 roku przez Francisa Delorme wraz z jego synem Christophe. Dziś posiadłość jest prowadzona przez żonę Christophe'a, Madeleine, i jej córkę, Ambre, które pracują na 50 hektarach winorośli w południowej dolinie Rodanu. Cała domena jest ekologiczna, a Madeleine i Ambre stosują również praktyki biodynamiczne w winnicy i piwnicy, aby zapewnić harmonię z naturą na każdym etapie procesu produkcji wina.
    To oszałamiające różowe wino produkowane jest głównie z winogron Grenache wraz z mniejszymi ilościami Cinsault, Mourvedre i Syrah, a także winogron Clairette i Bourboulenc. Wszystkie winogrona są zbierane ręcznie w posiadłości z 40-letnich winorośli, a następnie fermentowane w zbiornikach ze stali nierdzewnej, aby zachować wspaniały, czysty owocowy charakter tych autochtonicznych odmian winogron.
    Rezultatem jest żywy róż, który wykazuje wspaniały łososiowo-różowy odcień i odurzające aromaty truskawek, malin i grejpfruta. Pierwszy łyk ujawnia kwaskowatość, lekkość i delikatne smaki dojrzałych czerwonych jagód i cytrusów, które pozostają na języku. Wytrawny i orzeźwiający charakter tego różowego wina sprawia, że jest ono idealnym towarzyszem pikantnych dań kuchni azjatyckiej, świeżych owoców morza i sushi.
