Urodziny do zapamiętania z DAOU & Colomé Świętowanie urodzin mojej mamy było jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowe dzięki dwóm niesamowitym winom - DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 i Colomé Auténtico Malbec 2020. Gwiazdą wieczoru było bez wątpienia DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon. Od pierwszego łyku otoczyło nas swoim bogatym, aksamitnym uściskiem. Głębokie smaki ciemnych owoców, nuty kakao i doskonale zbalansowany dąb sprawiały, że każdy kieliszek był prawdziwą rozkoszą. To było odważne, a jednocześnie eleganckie wino, które bez wysiłku przyniosło ciepło i radość naszemu spotkaniu. Widok mojej mamy delektującej się każdym łykiem z uśmiechem sprawił, że wino to było jeszcze bardziej niezapomniane. Colomé Auténtico Malbec również pięknie się prezentował, z czystą ekspresją Malbec z dużych wysokości. Było potężne, z dojrzałymi jeżynami, przyprawami i gładkim, długim finiszem - doskonałe uzupełnienie wieczoru. Wina te nie tylko wzbogaciły nasz posiłek; stały się częścią uroczystości, podnosząc każdy toast i rozmowę. Serdeczne podziękowania dla DAOU i Colomé za uczynienie tej wyjątkowej okazji naprawdę niezapomnianą!

    Nikalas Marani to jedna z najlepszych małych winiarni w Gruzji, położona w wiosce Kardenakhi, na prawym brzegu rzeki Alazani. Została odrestaurowana w 2005 roku przez Zuraba Mgvdliashvili, ale oryginalny budynek pochodzi z 1928 roku, kiedy to został założony przez Nikalę, dziadka Zuraba.     Nikalas Marani is one of the finest small-scale wineries in Georgia, located in the village of Kardenakhi, on the right bank of the Alazani River. Today, Zurab crafts a beautiful range of organic wine from native Georgian grapes, including Budeshuri, an offshoot of Saperavi, used to make this bold, jammy red wine. It is subtly sweet, and incredibly easy to drink. Look for flavours of jammy dark fruits, sweet cherry, strawberry and spice.
