Urodziny do zapamiętania z DAOU & Colomé Świętowanie urodzin mojej mamy było jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowe dzięki dwóm niesamowitym winom - DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 i Colomé Auténtico Malbec 2020. Gwiazdą wieczoru było bez wątpienia DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon. Od pierwszego łyku otoczyło nas swoim bogatym, aksamitnym uściskiem. Głębokie smaki ciemnych owoców, nuty kakao i doskonale zbalansowany dąb sprawiały, że każdy kieliszek był prawdziwą rozkoszą. To było odważne, a jednocześnie eleganckie wino, które bez wysiłku przyniosło ciepło i radość naszemu spotkaniu. Widok mojej mamy delektującej się każdym łykiem z uśmiechem sprawił, że wino to było jeszcze bardziej niezapomniane. Colomé Auténtico Malbec również pięknie się prezentował, z czystą ekspresją Malbec z dużych wysokości. Było potężne, z dojrzałymi jeżynami, przyprawami i gładkim, długim finiszem - doskonałe uzupełnienie wieczoru. Wina te nie tylko wzbogaciły nasz posiłek; stały się częścią uroczystości, podnosząc każdy toast i rozmowę. Serdeczne podziękowania dla DAOU i Colomé za uczynienie tej wyjątkowej okazji naprawdę niezapomnianą!

Firma posiada około 5 hektarów stuletnich winnic w gminach Elvillar i Cárdenas, uprawianych organicznie z najwyższym szacunkiem dla środowiska i terroir, w celu produkcji wyrazistych i długowiecznych win.Wino jest mieszanką Tempranillo, pochodzącego ze starych winorośli, z dodatkiem Graciano i Viura wybranych i zebranych ręcznie. The name Ahari refers to a Basque mythological figure, an elf who enjoys scaring children. Ahari has a beautiful and bright cherry-toned color. Its aromatic profile is fresh and fragrant with delicate notes of violet and ripe red fruit, hints of dried herbs, leather, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with fine and well-integrated tannins. It is an elegant and concentrated wine with a long finish with pleasant hints of fruit and spices
