    Brat słynnego Alvaro Palaciosa i potomek rodziny Palacios Remondo z La Rioja, Rafael Palacios rozpoczął swój projekt winiarski w Galicji w 2004 roku, a konkretnie w dolinie Bibei, gdzie dziś pracuje na około 25 hektarach winnic położonych na wysokości 620-740 metrów i podzielonych na 32 działki, obsadzonych Godello i uprawianych zgodnie z ekologicznymi i biodynamicznymi systemami rolniczymi. Większość winorośli jest sadzona na tarasach na glebach granitowych.

    Sorte Antiga jest częścią linii Sortes Unicas, najbardziej prestiżowych win firmy produkowanych w bardzo małych ilościach. Winogrona Godello pochodzą z winnicy krzewiastej posadzonej w 1920 roku, położonej około 680 metrów nad poziomem morza, z ekspozycją północną. Winifikacja jest tradycyjna, z fermentacją na skórkach w dużych otwartych kadziach i starzeniem w używanych dębowych beczkach przez 12 miesięcy.

    Wino ma intensywny kolor z pomarańczowymi refleksami, dzięki maceracji na skórkach. Nie jest to typowe świeże i żywiołowe Godello, ale raczej okrągłe i mięsiste wino, intensywne i głębokie z aromatami pigwy i skórki cytrusowej oraz przyjemną złożonością mineralną. Na podniebieniu jest skoncentrowane i zrównoważone z doskonałą kwasowością oraz długim i mineralnym finiszem. Doskonałe do tagine z kurczaka i Pad Thai.

    Sorte Antiga is part of the Sortes Unicas line, the most prestigious wines of the company produced in very small quantities. The Godello grapes come from a bush vineyard planted in 1920, located around 680 meters above sea level, with a northern exposure. The wine reveals an intense color with orange highlights, thanks to the maceration on the skins. It is not the typical fresh and exuberant Godello, but rather a round and fleshy wine, intense and deep with aromas of quince and citrus peel and a pleasant mineral complexity. On the palate it is concentrated and balanced with an excellent acidic vein and a long and mineral finish
