Wina różowe

Wina Rosé

Wina Rosé są zwykle wytwarzane poprzez miażdżenie czarnych winogron i pozostawianie soku w kontakcie ze skórkami winogron przez kilka godzin. Powoduje to wydobycie smaku, tanin i koloru ze skórek, dzięki czemu winiarze mogą dostosować pożądany odcień i smak wina poprzez zwiększenie lub zmniejszenie kontaktu ze skórkami. Inną, mniej popularną metodą jest pobranie pierwszego wyciśniętego soku przed wyprodukowaniem czerwonego wina. Wina różowe są zazwyczaj butelkowane w młodym wieku lub starzone przez krótki okres w neutralnych zbiornikach lub beczkach ze stali nierdzewnej. Odmiany winorośli Rosé

Wina Rosé są zwykle wytwarzane przez lekkie wyciskanie czarnych winogron i ekstrakcję pierwszego soku, który spływa. Winiarze mogą zwiększyć głębię koloru i intensywność wina poprzez dłuższe macerowanie soku na skórkach.
