Jest to niefiltrowana ekspresja Prioratu, stworzona z klasycznych czerwonych odmian regionu: Grenache, który stanowi 75% mieszanki i Carignan.Terroir Històric to linia win od Terroir al Límit. Zamiast skupiać się na bardzo specyficznych terroir wokół Prioratu, ma na celu uchwycenie całości poprzez zbiory z kilku winnic w całym regionie. Winiarnia została założona w 2001 roku przez niemieckiego winiarza Dominika Hubera i południowoafrykańskiego enologa Ebena Sadie, którzy zrezygnowali z użycia dębu na rzecz możliwie najczystszych smaków owocowych.
To wino eksploduje malinami, wiśniami i granatem na podniebieniu, z ziemistymi nutami garrigue i zielonymi nutami kopru włoskiego. W ustach jest soczyste i okrągłe, z jedwabistymi taninami i żywą kwasowością. Owoce były fermentowane w neutralnym zbiorniku inox przez 6 miesięcy. Ostre, zrównoważone i łatwe do picia - jest to idealne wprowadzenie do czerwonego wina z Prioratu. Proszę rozważyć połączenie go z gulaszem wołowym, klopsikami z pomidorami lub orzechowymi serami.

This deep red wine brims with aromas of pomegranate and blackberry, underpinned with herby hints of fennel, hibiscus and “Herbs de Provence”. This wine bursts with raspberry, cherry and pomegranate on the palate, with earthy garrigue notes and green hints of fennel. It is juicy and round in the mouth, with silky tannins and a vibrant acidity. The fruits were fermented in a neutral inox tank for 6 months. overall i had a positive experience, they have a wide range of wines, some which are hard to find anywhere else - the main reason i still buy from them, plus the discounts are fair and often, but... their codes for the first offer only works at the first offer, which if fine, but then why would you send me the voucher in each package i order, why spam me on the email and every time i log in on the website? this is really bothering me... then their rewards points system is useless, first of all because you only get peanuts even after spending €250 on an order, but even those peanuts will expire if you won't order again soon, which is unfair, to say the least... and lastly, if you get a corked wine, a wine with any deffect or a wine that leaked (my last order contained a bottle of $100 Caymus Cabernet with a leaking cork, which made the wine tasted cooked and flat), they have no procedure put in place for you to replace or return the wine or to get a refund or replacement - none, which is a big no no no for any wine collector... so all in all i give it 3 stars for now
