    This vibrant white wine is a field blend made from the Vosinho, Rabigato, Codega do Larinho, and Gouveio varieties. The schist soils, 500 metres of altitude, and north-facing slope of the vineyard offer ideal conditions for producing top quality white wines, preserving plenty of aromatics and freshness in the fruit. Once in the winery the grapes are pressed and the must is then fermented in new Frenck oak barrels where it is aged for seven months on the lees. Bursting with bright grapefruit, lemon zest and mineral aromas, this medium bodied white has a smooth texture and long finish seasoned with hints of toast, roasted nuts and brioche from the oak fermentation and ageing
