Firma uprawia winorośl organicznie i stosuje nowoczesne europejskie podejście w piwnicy, jednocześnie szanując starożytne gruzińskie tradycje i techniki produkcji wina.Winogrona Saperavi do tego wina pochodzą z jednych z najwyższych winnic w posiadłości, położonych na wysokości 6-700 metrów nad poziomem morza. Tutaj chłodny mikroklimat i szczególny terroir z aluwialno-piaszczystymi glebami sprzyjają produkcji win o wyraźnej kwasowości i silnym aromatycznym charakterze. Zbiory są ręczne, a fermentacja odbywa się w kontrolowanej temperaturze w stali nierdzewnej. Po 4 miesiącach zimnej stabilizacji wino jest butelkowane z minimalną filtracją.Górskie Saperavi z winnicy Danieli ma intensywny i błyszczący czerwony kolor. W nosie ujawnia bogaty i owocowy profil aromatyczny z nutami ciemnych owoców, wiśni i jagód. Na podniebieniu jest pełne i aksamitne z dobrą kwasowością i miękkimi, dobrze zintegrowanymi taninami. Finisz jest długi i trwały. Proszę spróbować z grillowanym czerwonym mięsem.
