    Rodzina Haas od pokoleń zajmuje się uprawą winorośli w malowniczej wiosce Montagna w południowym Tyrolu w północnych Włoszech. Kiedy obecny właściciel Franz Haas przejął władzę, postanowił skierować rodzinny biznes w nowym kierunku i rozpoczął butelkowanie i sprzedaż najwyższej jakości win wytwarzanych z najlepszych owoców posiadłości. Są to wina o ogromnej czystości, świeżości i złożoności aromatycznej, a aby zachować te cechy, Franz butelkuje wszystkie swoje wina pod zakrętką.
    Górna Adyga słusznie słynie z rześkich i pysznych Pinot Grigios, a wersja Franza jest jedną z najlepszych z delikatnym zapachem, przepyszną świeżością i bardzo czystym wykończeniem. Moszcz jest fermentowany w zbiornikach ze stali nierdzewnej, aby uchwycić charakter odmiany, a następnie przenoszony do dużych dębowych beczek, w których młode wino pozostaje w kontakcie z osadem drożdżowym przez dłuższy czas. Pomaga to dodać kremową konsystencję i orzechowe nuty do gotowego wina.
    W nosie wyczuwalne są uwodzicielskie nuty migdałów, wiciokrzewu, siana i jasnych cytrusów. Pierwszy łyk ujawnia lekkie ciało, bardzo gładkie odczucie w ustach i żywą kwasowość. Orzeźwiające i łatwe do picia, to żywe białe wino jest idealne do delektowania się jako aperitif lub do łączenia ze świeżymi owocami morza lub daniami rybnymi.
