    Proces zakupu i wybór produktów są dobre, ale usługa dostawy z UPS jest żałosna. Niestety nie kupię więcej z powodu dostawy przez UPS, który nigdy nie przestrzega daty / godziny i podaje fałszywą wymówkę nieobecności, gdy byłem tam i wziąłem dzień wolny, aby tam być.

    Vangelis Gerovassiliou studiował uprawę winorośli i pracował w niektórych z najbardziej czcigodnych greckich winnic, zanim w 1981 roku powrócił do rodzinnych winnic. Następnie jego misją stało się odnowienie i ponowne obsadzenie posiadłości, wykorzystując mieszankę rodzimych greckich i międzynarodowych winorośli na 48 hektarach ziemi. Obecnie winnica jest najbardziej znana z doskonałych białych win wytwarzanych z Assyrtiko, Malagousia i Chardonnay, a także wystawnych czerwonych win, takich jak ten mocny Syrah.
    Zgodnie z tradycjami Doliny Rodanu, niewielka ilość Viognier jest dodawana do Syrah przed procesem fermentacji. Pomaga to dodać dodatkowe właściwości aromatyczne, a także zmiękczyć intensywny profil Syrah. Sok fermentuje w 40-hektolitrowych burgundzkich beczkach, po czym następuje wydłużony okres dojrzewania.
    Rezultatem jest bogata, ale aksamitnie gładka czerwień, która natychmiast zniewala zmysły dzięki głębokiemu atramentowemu rubinowemu odcieniu i potężnym nutom ciemnych śliwek, zmiażdżonych dzikich jagód, gorzkiej czekolady i wypolerowanej skóry.
