Margherita Otto to założona w 2014 roku przez Alana Manleya winiarnia zlokalizowana w Monforte d'Alba, w samym sercu podregionu Langhe w Piemoncie. Po latach pracy w branży restauracyjnej w Kolorado, Alan Manley postanowił przenieść się do Włoch, aby realizować swoją miłość do wina i pasję do Barolo. Współpracował ze znanymi winiarzami, takimi jak Bartolo Mascarello, Luciano Sandrone i Cavallotto, zanim założył własną winiarnię.
