Dziś rodzina specjalizuje się w biodynamicznej produkcji wina przy użyciu tradycyjnych metod i kombinacji zarówno lokalnych, jak i międzynarodowych odmian, aby produkować wyjątkowe wina. Łącznie rodzina posiada 18 hektarów winorośli położonych w regionie Goriška Brda, przy czym około połowa ich gospodarstw znajduje się po drugiej stronie granicy we Włoszech.To eleganckie Pinot Grigio jest produkowane w klasycznym stylu Movia ze starszych winorośli, które są zbierane tak późno, jak to możliwe. Winorośle mają średnio 35 lat i mają tendencję do produkowania mniejszych ilości intensywnych i skoncentrowanych owoców. Fermentacja odbywa się w dużych zbiornikach przy użyciu dzikich drożdży, a następnie wino dojrzewa w beczkach na osadzie przez 18 miesięcy.
