From the steepest and hottest side of this hill come powerful wines with great elegance. The Barbaresco Serraboella Paitin shows a garnet red color with bright reflections. On the nose, it reveals itself as a very refined wine with aromas of cherries, dark berries and plums, candied orange, mint, humus, roots, pine needles, and fine spices with some mineral traits at the end. It is vigorous, with a decisive freshness and abundant but fine tannins that will guarantee it a long life
