Urodziny do zapamiętania z DAOU & Colomé Świętowanie urodzin mojej mamy było jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowe dzięki dwóm niesamowitym winom - DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 i Colomé Auténtico Malbec 2020. Gwiazdą wieczoru było bez wątpienia DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon. Od pierwszego łyku otoczyło nas swoim bogatym, aksamitnym uściskiem. Głębokie smaki ciemnych owoców, nuty kakao i doskonale zbalansowany dąb sprawiały, że każdy kieliszek był prawdziwą rozkoszą. To było odważne, a jednocześnie eleganckie wino, które bez wysiłku przyniosło ciepło i radość naszemu spotkaniu. Widok mojej mamy delektującej się każdym łykiem z uśmiechem sprawił, że wino to było jeszcze bardziej niezapomniane. Colomé Auténtico Malbec również pięknie się prezentował, z czystą ekspresją Malbec z dużych wysokości. Było potężne, z dojrzałymi jeżynami, przyprawami i gładkim, długim finiszem - doskonałe uzupełnienie wieczoru. Wina te nie tylko wzbogaciły nasz posiłek; stały się częścią uroczystości, podnosząc każdy toast i rozmowę. Serdeczne podziękowania dla DAOU i Colomé za uczynienie tej wyjątkowej okazji naprawdę niezapomnianą!

Po odkorkowaniu wino roztacza zapach skórki pomarańczowej, szorstkich zarośli, fig i kwiatów migdałowca. Na podniebieniu prezentuje krągłe, orzechowe odczucie w ustach, połączone z nutami białych owoców pestkowych, ziołowych nut garrigue i suszonych owoców. Wino jest średnio treściwe, kremowe, z długim, czystym finiszem. Najlepiej podawać schłodzone, w temperaturze około 12°C. Pošip jest fantastycznym partnerem dla dań kuchni śródziemnomorskiej - proszę łączyć go z hummusem i płaskim chlebem, drobiem lub białą rybą.
