    Nazwa Sunrock Vineyards pochodzi od ogromnej granitowej wychodni z widokiem na falujące winnice, która została założona w 1999 roku w tym oszałamiającym zakątku doliny Okanagan. Posiadłość o powierzchni 180 akrów znajduje się na północnym krańcu Osoyoos, gdzie terroir jest idealny do produkcji najwyższej jakości kanadyjskich win.     Named after the immense granite outcrop overlooking the rolling vineyards, Sunrock Vineyards was established in 1999 in this stunning corner of the Okanagan Valley. This rich and smoky Shiraz is crafted from estate grapes harvested in mid-October when the fruit has reached optimal maturity. This is a full-throttled, powerful red which is bursting with ripe cherries, blackcurrant, plum and bitter chocolate on the nose. On the palate there is a generous full body, firm tannins and a very long finish with hints of forest floor, licorice and cigar box spice. The bold flavour profile makes this a natural match for red meat dishes
