Jest to bardzo wszechstronne i przyjazne dla jedzenia wino, które doskonale pasuje do kaczki i gęsi, pieczonych grzybów, truflowego risotto i niektórych obfitych przepisów wegetariańskich.

    Pinot Noir Zlaty Roh is a very elegant, Burgundy-style wine. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. After fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the wine ages in barrels and amphorae for 10 months. It is a bright ruby red wine with a fruity aromatic profile with scents of cherry and wild berries, hints of forest floor, and some light earthy and spicy notes. On the palate, it is balanced and soft with velvety and fine tannins. The finish is long and recalls peppery notes. It’s a very versatile and food-friendly wine and works perfectly with duck and goose
