    Słynne czerwone wina Amarone della Valpolicella produkowane są na wzgórzach regionu Valpolicella z autochtonicznych winogron Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella i Molinara. Odmiany te są mieszane ze sobą w celu uzyskania bardzo mocnego czerwonego wina o umiarkowanych taninach i wysokim poziomie alkoholu.
