    El Lebrero is a crisp white wine, created in the Burgos region of Spain from the native Albillo Mayor grape. It begins with clean aromas of green apple, ripe pear, white flowers and grated lemon zest. On each sip, you can find rich pure flavours of orchard fruits, citrus, buttered toast, and a saline edge. It is an excellent white wine, made from a rarely seen grape varietal. Before release, El Lebrero spent 8 months ageing on the lees, in egg-shaped concrete casks
