Działka należąca do rodziny Audoin została zasadzona przez dziadka Cyrila w 1945 roku i zazwyczaj produkuje bogate, ale zrównoważone Chardonnay, które bardzo dobrze reaguje na dąb.
    Uderzające nuty cytrusów, ciastek i dojrzałych owoców pestkowych natychmiast wyskakują z kieliszka, a następnie pojawiają się nuty przypraw, wanilii i owoców tropikalnych. Na podniebieniu jest obfite, średnie ciało, dobrze zaokrąglona tekstura i muskularne smaki owocowe wraz z jasną smugą kwasowości i subtelną mineralnością na finiszu.
