Powszechnie uważana za jedną z najlepszych ekspresji Posip w kraju, wersja Korta Katarina jest wytwarzana z winogron starannie wyselekcjonowanych z wyspiarskich winnic w pobliżu wioski Cara. Po zbiorach w sierpniu lub wrześniu moszcz winogronowy jest winifikowany w zbiornikach ze stali nierdzewnej, a następnie dojrzewa w dębowych beczkach przez 6 miesięcy, aby nadać mu dodatkową złożoność i pełniejsze ciało.
    Rezultatem jest żywe wino, które emanuje intensywnymi nutami cytrusowymi i brzoskwiniowymi w nosie wraz z delikatnymi nutami jaśminu i wiciokrzewu. Na podniebieniu jest dobrze zaokrąglone i bardzo miękkie, łącząc bogate smaki owoców pestkowych z kremową konsystencją i świeżą kwasowością zapewniającą równowagę.
