Na podniebieniu jest bogate i miękkie z dobrą trwałością. Doskonale komponuje się z czerwonymi mięsami, dziczyzną i dojrzałymi serami. Koniecznie proszę spróbować z filetem z dziczyzny i grillowanymi czerwonymi mięsami.

    This cuvée comes from 1.5 hectares of vineyards planted in Syrah in the localities of Saint-Pierre, Rouvenne and Barjasse, in the Cornas appellation. The manual harvest is followed by partial de-stemming and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then left to rest for 16 months in French oak barrels. The Cornas Les Barcillants is a complex, tannic and lively red wine with a powerful taste and an intense and deep color. The nose displays a generous and fragrant bouquet with notes of cocoa, mocha, and blackcurrant. On the palate, it is rich and soft with good persistence. It goes deliciously with red meats, game, and aged cheeses
