    Położona w pobliżu miejscowości Radda, posiadłość Monteraponi położona jest wokół oszałamiającej willi z X wieku, która niegdyś należała do markiza Toskanii, barona Ugo. W 2003 roku obecny właściciel Michele Braganti zaczął butelkować własne wina z owoców pochodzących z rodzinnych winnic, które wcześniej zostały sprzedane lokalnym winiarniom. Obecnie posiadłość ma około 10 hektarów winnic, w tym jedne z najwyżej położonych działek w Chianti, posadzone na wysokości do 570 metrów nad poziomem morza na glebach wapiennych.Michele stosuje tradycyjne podejście minimalnej interwencji w winiarni z ręcznym zbiorem i fermentacją w cementowych kadziach. Dojrzewanie Chianti Classico odbywa się w dużych beczkach z dębu slawońskiego i francuskiego przez 16 miesięcy, a wino jest butelkowane bez filtrowania, aby zachować naturalny profil smakowy. Rezultatem jest świeże i eleganckie Chianti z dużą ilością energii, które będzie się dobrze starzeć przez następne pięć lub sześć lat w piwnicy.
    W nosie wyczuwalne są klasyczne nuty czerwonej wiśni, śliwki i pikantnych ziół, a pierwszy łyk ujawnia średnie ciało, orzeźwiającą kwasowość i długi, czysty finisz. To piękne Chianti idealnie pasuje do dań z makaronu na bazie pomidorów lub kurczaka myśliwskiego dzięki jasnej świeżości na podniebieniu.
