    Przechowywać w piwnicy do 10 lat. Nie trzeba go dekantować, ale najlepiej otworzyć go pół godziny przed podaniem.
    Woodlands to mała rodzinna firma założona przez Davida i Heather Watson w 1973 roku w dolinie Wilyabrup. Dziś firma rozciąga się na ponad 10 akrach i jest jednym z najważniejszych producentów Margaret River.
    Winogrona uprawiane są ekologicznie, a w piwnicy są selekcjonowane z najwyższą starannością. Niewielka część winogron jest tłoczona w całych kiściach, aby dodać finezji i struktury. Wino jest następnie fermentowane w najlepszych beczkach z francuskiego dębu, z których 20% jest nowych.
    Wilyabrup Valley Chardonnay to jasne wino o błyszczącym słomkowo-żółtym kolorze. Nos jest złożony i intrygujący, z nutami żółtych owoców, pigwy, gruszki i brzoskwini, tropikalnymi nutami ananasa i mineralnym krzemieniem wynikającym z fermentacji w barrique. Na podniebieniu owocowe nuty powracają z soczystą intensywnością, a wino wykazuje dużą głębię i złożoność. Finisz jest długi i elegancki, z przyjemną mineralnością. Klasyczne Chardonnay, które wykazuje doskonały potencjał starzenia.Jest to idealne wino do ramenu lub pysznych wegetariańskich tart, ale może również bardzo dobrze pasować do kurczaka i indyka.
