    Założona w 1954 roku przez Edmonda Geanteta, początkowo z 3 hektarami winnic, posiadłość Geantet-Pansiot jest rodzinną winiarnią położoną w Côte de Nuits w Burgundii, w prestiżowych obszarach Gevrey-Chambertin i Chambolle-Musigny. Obecnie winnice zajmują ponad 22 hektary i są zarządzane przez Vincenta i Fabiena, drugie i trzecie pokolenie rodziny.

    Winogrona Pinot Noir dla tego Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits są ręcznie zbierane w winnicach położonych niedaleko miasta Nuits-Saint Georges na gliniastych glebach. Winifikacja odbywa się w tradycyjny sposób z maceracją w betonowych lub stalowych zbiornikach. Gotowe wino leżakuje następnie przez 12 miesięcy w beczkach przed wypuszczeniem na rynek.

    Wino ma jasny i klarowny kolor z intensywnymi rubinowo-czerwonymi odcieniami. Jego profil aromatyczny jest intensywny i pachnący z nutami czerwonych owoców (porzeczka, borówka i czerwone jagody) oraz delikatnymi pikantnymi nutami. Na podniebieniu jest szerokie i skoncentrowane z wyraźną, dobrze zbalansowaną kwasowością oraz delikatnymi i aksamitnymi taninami. Zakończenie jest długie i lekko pikantne.
