    Czcigodna historia posiadłości Manincor sięga 1608 roku, kiedy to Hieronymus Manincor rozpoczął budowę na ziemi przyznanej mu przez cesarza w uznaniu jego lojalnej służby. Położona w górzystej północno-wschodniej włoskiej prowincji Południowy Tyrol, posiadłość pracuje zarówno z lokalnymi, jak i międzynarodowymi odmianami winogron, które są uprawiane na ich wspaniałych alpejskich winnicach.
    La Rose de Manincor to bogaty styl różowy wyprodukowany z najlepszych winogron Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo i Lagrein. Wino powstaje przy użyciu metody saignee lub "krwawieni"A polegającej na ekstrakcji części moszczu winogronowego, który ma stać się najlepszymi czerwonymi winami Manicor.
