    Czcigodna historia posiadłości Manincor sięga 1608 roku, kiedy to Hieronymus Manincor rozpoczął budowę na ziemi przyznanej mu przez cesarza w uznaniu jego lojalnej służby. Położona w górzystej północno-wschodniej włoskiej prowincji Południowy Tyrol, posiadłość pracuje zarówno z lokalnymi, jak i międzynarodowymi odmianami winogron, które są uprawiane na ich wspaniałych alpejskich winnicach.
    La Rose de Manincor to bogaty styl różowy wyprodukowany z najlepszych winogron Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo i Lagrein. Wino powstaje przy użyciu metody saignee lub "krwawieni"A polegającej na ekstrakcji części moszczu winogronowego, który ma stać się najlepszymi czerwonymi winami Manicor. Po 24 godzinach kontaktu ze skórką ta ilość moszczu winogronowego jest usuwana i poddawana oddzielnej winifikacji, dzięki czemu wino ma uroczy łososiowo-różowy odcień i owocowy profil smakowy.
