    Widely regarded as one of Washington State's coolest, up-and-coming wineries, Sleight of Hand Cellars was founded in 2007 and is based in Walla Walla. The Psychedelic by Sleight of Hand is a sensational red wine made from Syrah grapes, coming from the Stoney Vine estate vineyard. The grapes have been foot-crashed, and the wine was then aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. The wine’s aromatic profile is incredibly intense, with scents of blackberries, forest berries, violets, olives, coffee, dark chocolate, and some final notes of smoke. On the palate, the wine is complex and full of character, spicy and robust, with mouth-coating tannins and delicious flavors of blackberry, leather, pepper, licorice, and wild herbs. It closes with a long, persistent finish
