    Il Fauno di Arcanum is a classic Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and some additional Petit Verdot. The wine shows a beautiful ruby color of medium intensity. The olfactory profile highlights earthy aromas, but also red fruit, nutmeg, cypress, and rose. On the palate, the wine is smooth and lush with delicate tannins and delicious flavors of black cherry, candied apple, licorice and white pepper. The finish is long and spicy. Try it with ragu Bolognese, pappardelle with wild boar or a nice selection of cheeses
